  • Trusted healing services – Verified practitioners who answer questions and offer services, with community upvotes.

We do not directly sell most products; third‑party vendors sell through our marketplace. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and vendors, except as explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or legal guardian permission. Users under 13 are not permitted.

For vendors, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

3. User Accounts

  • You may browse some content without an account, but to participate in community spaces, buy, sell, or use social features, you must register an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Community Rules & User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation.
  • Post spam, affiliate links (without disclosure), or irrelevant promotional material.
  • Share personal contact information of others without their consent.
  • Use the dating/connection features for any purpose other than genuine, respectful interaction.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or its servers.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Crystal healing discussions: We do not provide medical advice. Any information about crystal properties is spiritual or anecdotal, not a substitute for professional medical care.

Upvoting / Q&A: Manipulating votes or trust levels (e.g., vote brigading) is prohibited.

5. Marketplace & Vendor Terms

For Buyers:

  • All products and services are sold by independent vendors, not by HealNCrystals.com.
  • We do not warrant the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any vendor listing.
  • Prices, shipping, and return policies are set by each vendor. You must resolve disputes directly with the vendor.
  • We may facilitate payments (e.g., through WooCommerce), but we act as an intermediary. Our liability is limited to processing the transaction correctly.

For Vendors:

  • You must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and shipping details.
  • You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, and complying with all applicable laws (including taxes, consumer protection, and product safety).
  • You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display your product listings, images, and related content on the Platform.
  • We may charge a transaction fee or subscription fee, which will be disclosed separately.
  • We may remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of any content you post (comments, Q&A answers, feed posts, photos, etc.). By posting, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any UGC at our sole discretion.

7. Social Discovery (Dating & Friends)

Our crystal‑based matching features allow you to indicate your interests (e.g., “rose quartz”, “amethyst”) and connect with other users.

  • We do not perform background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.
  • Use common sense: meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and do not share sensitive personal information.
  • Report any suspicious or abusive behavior to us immediately.

8. Events & Local Listings

Users and vendors may post events, workshops, or local shop information.

  • We do not verify the accuracy or safety of any event or location listing.
  • Attend events at your own risk. Event organizers are solely responsible for their events.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

The name “HealNCrystals” and our logo are our trademarks.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the community rules, you may not:

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Platform.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.
  • Reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to transmit malware or other harmful code.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT;
  • THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE;
  • THAT CRYSTALS OR SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS (HEALING, EMOTIONAL, OR OTHERWISE);
  • THE SAFETY OR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS SOLD BY VENDORS.

CRYSTALS AND METAPHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD FOR SPIRITUAL AND DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. WE MAKE NO MEDICAL CLAIMS. CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER FOR ANY MEDICAL CONDITION.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALNCRYSTALS.COM AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM;
  • ANY TRANSACTION OR DISPUTE WITH A VENDOR OR OTHER USER;
  • ANY CONTENT POSTED BY USERS OR VENDORS;
  • ANY PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL HARM ALLEGEDLY RESULTING FROM CRYSTAL USE OR SOCIAL INTERACTIONS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealNCrystals.com and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your content or conduct;
  • Your violation of any law or third‑party rights;
  • Any dispute between you and another user or vendor.

15. Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends, but we may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
